For Adjusters
The Adjusters form is designed for you to provide all information we need to get started. Upon completion of the intake form, you will be requested to accept our terms and conditions and then we will begin to work on the case. If you filled out this form in error, please contact us immediately. When the case is assigned to an engineer, you will be provided a copy of the assignment sheet and the point of contact information of the engineer. If we cannot accept the case, we will let you know.
For Attorneys & Paralegals
The Attorneys and Paralegals form is designed for you to provide us with relevant case information so that we can perform a conflict check and have a conversation with you about the case. We need to know all parties involved, address of loss, and date of loss. A consultation about the case does NOT formulate any opinions. but is a discussion on the way ahead. If you choose to use one of our engineers, than you must sign a Letter of Agreement and provide a retainer prior to designation.

Occasionally, we perform consultation and testing services not directly related to the Insurance or Legal professions. Please use this generic form to provide information about what you are trying to accomplish and we will contact you back to see if we are a good fit.
